Payment Related

Once payment has been made, there will be no refund should you decide to terminate the service without any delivery made successfully. Valid reason(s) must be given for any termination of service.

Payment must be paid up in full during the order process through our website. Any orders that are made manually will require payment to be paid in full before or on the first delivery.

All payments will be processed via Stripe Payment Gateway.


Any postponement or cancellation of meal due to unforeseen circumstances, you may contact us via email : info@hometingkat.sg or leave us a message.

Postponement or cancellation must be notify to us 3 days before delivery. 

Delivery hours:

Lunch ( 10.30 am to 1.30 pm)

Dinner (3.30 pm to 7.30 pm)


We deliver from Monday to Sundays including Public Holidays.

Please contact us on the day you will like us to deliver to you.

Menu Availability

Due to seasonal nature of vegetable and product availability, we reserve the right to change the menu without notice.

HomeTingkat reserves the right to amend our menu without prior notice.

All pictures are for illustration purposes only.

HomeTingkat Pte Ltd shall not bear any responsibilites for food consumed after the stipulated timeline.

Our menu are always indicated for Day 1 to Day 30 or 31 depending on month. We are not responsible for any mistakes on the date delivery confirmed by customer.
